You do not need a referral to make an appointment.

You can contact us by phone, text, whatsapp or email or fill in the contact form.  

We do not have a receptionist so please bear with us if we do not answer the phone as we may be in session.  We will return your call as soon as possible within office hours.

Your enquiry will go to Caroline, who runs the centre. She will then contact you.If you would like to talk through the options of treatment for you or a family member, Caroline will be happy to discuss this with you over the phone.

You may also book directly with the therapist if you know who you would like to see.

Your first appointment will last around an hour and you will get started in therapy. From then it is usual to book weekly sessions although fortnightly sessions are also possible. 

We do not have a waiting room so we ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your allotted appointment time.

Please note that we are not a crisis management service so if you or a family member are in crisis please get in touch with your GP, visit A & E, or ring 999.
