You do not need a referral to make an appointment.

You can contact us by phone, text or email or fill in the contact form.

One of our therapists (usually Caroline) will get back to you.  We do not have a receptionist so please bear with us if we do not answer the phone as we may be in session.  We will return your call as soon as possible within office hours.

If you would like to talk through the options of treatment for you or a family member, Caroline will be happy to discuss this with you over the phone.

You may also book directly with the therapist if you know who you would like to see.

Initial sessions last around an hour and are a good opportunity for you to meet with the therapist and decide if you’d like to work with them.   There is no commitment to further sessions.  If you think you would like further sessions then you and your therapist will make a plan together.

We do not have a waiting room so we ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your allotted appointment time.

Please note that we are not a crisis management service so if you or a family member are in crisis please get in touch with your GP, visit A & E, or ring 999.
